Living films have both an ideology and a beating heart: sensations that do not obey to mere aesthetical approaches.

Joint artistic creation by the director and the actors is fundamental. All other elements are secondary. Technique is a servitude of film: it must serve art’s purposes, not the other way around.

Film is art, media and knowledge, it must stir wills and consciences, not be placed at the service of indifference.

The screen, that magic sheet, must be returned to human beings with a conscience, to those directors who have something to say and want to say it.

Living films is a sort of NGO of filmmaking. It is against unfair globalization, the dictatorship of the media, political correctness and single thought.

Living films is nonconformist: THE WORLD CAN BE BETTER.
